A patrol, with armed personnel and radio-connected to the Operations Centre, ready to intervene 24 hours a day when the alarm goes off.
Service with relevant technological content is the most effective as it allows the protection of an asset 24 hours a day. In fact, it presupposes the existence, at the customer's premises, of equipment for signaling events such as an alarm state, or a change in situations (failure, switching on, switching off, etc.) of the individual peripheral systems.
These reports come received in code from the concentrators installed at the Institute's operations center on the telephone line (analog or Isdn), on licensed radio frequencies or GSM and now also via GPRS, a recent extremely safe technology owned by few institutes.
Obviously the entire system network must be governed by specialized, trained and highly experienced technical personnel: in fact, the operators also coordinate the most delicate phase, the final one of First aid of the institute's patrols as well as, if necessary, of the involvement of the police forces.
All systems are capable of providing user documentation (also on paper) from which it is possible to detect the events and their entire management by the institute.
To meet security needs that do not require large investments, we offer the loan for use of kit alarm systems (control unit, keypad, indoor siren and sensors). This system is installed at the Customer's site with an installation fee and remains the property of the transferring Institute, which also takes care of its extraordinary maintenance.
