Mobile vehicle localization and control systems (GSM and GPS)
Our Operations Center is equipped with a state-of-the-art mobile vehicle localization and control system, which allows you to provide, moment by moment, theexact position of the vehicle (GPS). The position detected by the localization unit is first processed by the mobile peripheral unit located in the vehicle and then transmitted via a normal radio channel or cellular telephone interface to the management operations center.
The system is based on the reception of signals transmitted by satellites, whose triangulation allows the detection of the position with a precision between 5 and 15 meters. The control center is capable of automatically manage the safety of a mobile vehicle from vandalism, transmit on-board operations deemed anomalous to the operations center, block the vehicle during parking and always have the vehicle located. All vehicle movements can be historicized and printed, for the Customer, on topographic paper: a valid means for controlling the movements of company fleets. It is also possible to satellite and GSM connection which allows hands-free conversation with the driver of the vehicle.
