This is an emergency service that can be activated by the customer via pressing a radio remote control, appropriately supplied, which sends an alarm signal to the Operations Centre.
The patrol intervenes promptly to deal with any emergency situations, also alerting - if necessary - the police or, in the case of tele-help for the elderly, the healthcare facility.
